Mindful Yoga
Join me on Friday evenings to let go of the week and sink into the weekend through mindful, slow-flow yoga, designed to help you connect with your body and your breath. Open to all levels, no previous yoga experience necessary.
Dates: Friday evenings (*No class 3/7)
Time: 6:30-7:30 pm (Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.)

*Class is held in the Social Hall. Park in the large,
parking lot behind the building. Enter through the main doors at the circle drive.

What to bring:
A yoga mat, water.
Optional: a blanket,
yoga props (limited number of blocks available
for class use).
Investment: In person: $15 drop-in OR $50 for all four weeks/month
Virtual: $10 drop-in OR $35 for all four weeks/month

Join certified breathwork facilitator, Julie Scott, and I for an evening of breathwork and yin yoga. As I guide you into yin poses, Julie will gently guide your breath to a deep awareness of your body in that pose. Class will end with a brief breath practice and a peaceful savasana to let all the beautiful work settle into your being and send you into your evening relaxed and at peace.
