What is it?

Usui Reiki originated in Japan, and is a technique of channeling energy to help the recipient in whatever way is most needed. Reiki can help shift and move energy within the body, promoting relaxation and healing, and is being incorporated more and more in conventional healthcare settings. Traditionally, the practitioner places their hands on, or hovered above, the recipient's body, channeling energy to the recipient, with the intention of serving that being's highest good and overall wellbeing. Because Reiki involves working with energy, you do not have to meet with a practitioner face-to-face to receive the benefits. I often use the analogy of a cell phone: just like your cell phone receives a signal, and energy, from a great distance, so too can a person receive energetic support from a distance.

75-minute Online Reiki + Intuitive Energy Healing Session

A deeper healing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

This personalized session begins with time and space to share what you're currently moving through, intention setting, and connecting with what you most need in this session. Through Reiki and intuitively guided energy healing, we will create the opportunity for relaxation, release, clarity, and deeper connection with your inner wisdom.

This offering is ideal for when you're seeking more than a momentary pause -- a dedicated space to explore, receive support, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

In addition to connecting online, I also have the incredible opportunity to offer in-person sessions at the horse farm where our pony, Penny, lives (pictured at the top of this page). If you feel called to meet in-person or to experience energy work within the healing atmosphere of the horse farm, we can plan and schedule a session that feels most nourishing for you.
